Hosting a Hindu Fund Fundraising Gathering in Your City

Over time, many well-wishers have expressed interest in organising similar interactions in their own cities. Based on our experience so far, we are sharing a simple framework that can help structure such gatherings effectively.

The idea is not to create a formal “event,” but rather a curated interaction among aligned individuals who are interested in supporting impactful civilizational work.

Basic Guidelines

Travel, Logistics and Local Coordination

The local host is expected to coordinate and support the overall logistics for the Hindu Fund team during the visit.

This generally includes:

  • Accommodation arrangements
  • Local transportation
  • Airport/train transfers
  • Venue coordination and guest management

Air tickets are optional and can be discussed separately based on feasibility.

Since these gatherings are community-driven initiatives, the local host also takes responsibility for facilitating and supporting the associated hospitality and logistical expenses involved in organising the interaction.

Curated Guest List

The success of these gatherings depends entirely on the quality of the room.

We request hosts to invite a minimum of 15 HNIs/UHNIs or aligned individuals who may resonate with long-term civilizational and institutional initiatives.

It is important to:

  • Take confirmations in advance
  • Maintain RSVPs
  • Ensure guests are personally invited and contextually briefed before the interaction

Thoughtful curation creates meaningful conversations and long-term relationships.

Venue & Hospitality

The host is requested to arrange:

  • A suitable conference room/private gathering space
  • Dinner or refreshments for guests and the Hindu Fund team

An intimate and discussion-friendly environment generally works far better than a large formal setup.

Presentation Setup

Since the interaction usually includes a detailed presentation and project discussions, the venue should ideally have:

  • Projector or LED screen
  • Basic audio setup (if required)
  • HDMI compatibility

Internet Connectivity

Stable internet connectivity is important for:

  • Presentations
  • Live demonstrations
  • Accessing reports, videos, and websites during the discussion

Conclusion

Some of the most meaningful support ecosystems are built not through large public campaigns, but through small rooms filled with serious people who care deeply about the future of our civilisation.

If you believe your city has individuals who should be part of these conversations, we would be happy to explore the possibility of organising a gathering.

Sometimes, all it takes is one person willing to take the initiative.
