FAQs
Why fund such a diverse set of activities? No focus?
We are a funding/grants organisation only. We do not have any projects/activities of our own (except pursuing some legal activities). Hence, we fund all sorts of Dharmic projects.
How does all this add up ? What is the objective of funding so many diverse organisations ?
Should we rather wait and watch India be desecrated by the ‘kaffir-vaad’ of Abrahamic faiths?
We are here to enable growth of Hindu/Dharmic ecosystem; ensure Dharmikas do not fall into despondency owing to lack of money.
Hindu Fund started operations in 2024. How come it shows funding operations from 2016 then?
1. Sarayu Trust has been funding 3rd party Dharmic organisations and individuals since 2016, other than having its own internal Dharmic projects, such as SangamTalks
2. Since the founder of Sarayu Trust and Hindu Fund is the same, and since, the objective of Sarayu Trust funding 3rd party Dharmic organisations and individuals has been the same as Hindu Fund, Sarayu Trust chose to attribute all its 3rd party funding since 2016 to ‘Hindu Fund’.
