Grant Process

Due Diligence Process before the Grant Disbursement :

  1. Receipt of the proposal
  2. In-person/Online presentation of the project by an individual/organisation, including the review of past projects implemented
  3. Board approval for the project
  4. Review of Organisation Documents:
    • Organisation Registration Document
    • 80G & 12A certificate
    • CSR Certificate (if applicable)
    • FCRA Certificate (if Applicable)
    • For individuals, a reference check is conducted through our network
 

After the disbursement of grants:

  1. 80G receipt for the donation
  2. Quarterly/Half-yearly review meetings with the NGO partner on the progress of the project (only in case of a new project)
  3. Annual holistic project report with images and Fund Utilisation Certificate
